Ding dong!! Bang Bang!! Shoot my head!
The inner me is too active. I cant seem to slow it down. The outer me cant keep up with it. Im tired. Even when I lie down the OL' pump still runs wild like a rock drummer with solo. I need to learn self-control. Practice meditation. Ive got to get the mind to control the body and I should have a mantra -a word you chant over and over again to yourself- Something that relaxes the mind, bringing peace restfulness. But I do not want meditate too much because I will be practically in a trance.
